At TravlFi, we want to ensure you stay connected with confidence; if you are not completely satisfied with your hardware, you may return it within 30 days of purchase. Please note that data plan subscriptions are non-refundable once activated.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team via email or phone with your order number and serial number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Securely pack the device in its original packaging, including all cables, batteries, and manuals to ensure a full refund.
- 3.Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the device condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
